With our fully equipped kitchen offers you the chance to enjoy Thai Cuisine cooking . A typical day will begin with a visit to the market. Accompanied by your instructor, you will learn about selecting and buying Thai ingredients. Then come back and cook for 3 or 5 dishes. The class will be followed in our kitchen room and sampling your own cooking with your classmates.
We have 2 times a day for Thai cooking course; 11.00 am. and 07.00 pm.
Menu example for our course ;
1. Tom Yam Kung - prawn & lemon grass soup with mushroom.
2. Tom Kha Kai - Soup with chicken, galagaroot, and coconut.
3. Kaeng Matsaman Kai - spicy Muslim-style curry with chicken.
4. Kaeng Khiaw waan - green sweet curry with chicken, pork, and beef.
5. Phat Thai - thin rice noodles fired with tofu, pork, vetgetable, egg, and peanuts
6. Som Tam Thai (papaya salad) - papaya with tomato, cowpea prawn, ground nut, and chili.
