- children under 12 years of age will be charged the half tour fee
- an advanced payment (50 % of the tour fee) is required after tour confirmation
- this payment should reach our bank account at least 15 days before excursion day
- for cancellation within 10 days before excursion day we will charge 25 % of the tour fee
- for cancellation within 3 days before excursion day we will charge 50 % of the tour fee
- any costs of money transfer are payed by the client
- we will send you our bank account details with the confirmation mail
